Arrowmont for Sale

I was saddened to see the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg put up for sale. It was one of the few things Gatlinburg had going for it culturally (after Panera Bread was replaced by a hot dog stand). The “oasis in a cultural desert” will most likely be turned into a few candle and t-shirt shops. Yes, I’m an elitist.
